Welcome to the Moray EBSA Programme

What is available?
Learning
We offer a digital, online programme packed with engaging learning materials, activities, and practical resources designed to be used at home.
These tools help parents understand EBSA, build their child’s confidence, and develop strategies to support a successful return to education.
Support
Our programme includes access to a dedicated Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who provides expert guidance tailored to your child’s needs. Parents can also benefit from supportive community groups to connect and share experiences, as well as personalised 1-1 support to address individual family challenges.
We are here to help every step of the way.

The Process
1
School staff complete referral on The Exchange website giving some basic information (e.g. name, contact details)
2
The-Exchange team will contact the parent/carer to welcome them to the programme, answer questions and gather other appropriate information
3
Providing the parent/carer would like to continue, the parent will be sent a welcome pack containing all the information they need to access the learning platform and invited to book a session with their learning advisors
4
Parents who opt out at this stage will be offered access to other support options provided by The-Exchange and the referrer will be notified so that other support options can be considered
5
Throughout the process, an Exchange Learning Advisor will be on hand to support the parent through the programme and answer any questions
To refer a Parent or Carer for support, please fill out the form below with the parent's details. Our team will then get in touch with the parent to set up support.
