"We love working with The-Exchange and have been amazed at the responsiveness of their service - whenever a need is identified, The-Exchange are quick to act in order to help ensure this is addressed.  We are also delighted with the flexibility that The-Exchange have been able to offer us.

They fully compliment and fit with the local authority vision and aims of embedding a whole school approach towards mental wellbeing. We have just recently expanded our contract with the Exchange to include psychological wellbeing support for under 10's which has been hugely welcomed by all our primary schools.  We are delighted that our younger pupils will benefitting from working with The Exchange and excited to see the developments over the next year."

"Since we started using the service we have been absolutely delighted.  The feedback from the pupils themselves has been so positive and many have said they would like to continue working with the staff from The Exchange as they have thoroughly enjoyed the activities and found them helpful.  The pupils have also found it beneficial that the Exchange staff are not anyone connected to school or home."

"The Exchange counselling intervention training has provided our school with invaluable resources to add our toolkit to support pupil's mental health and well-being.

The intervention programmes allow children to express their emotions, understand and process their thoughts and feelings to develop self-awareness and strategies to support their mental health and well-being. The programmes of work help to build a child's resilience, self-esteem, and self-worth so that they can become healthy confident individuals."

"From a school perspective, the impact on the emotional wellbeing of the pupils has been fantastic, particularly given everything that has happened in the last few years and we really do wish we had 3 or 4 of Lucy, the Practitioner who visits our school.  The organisation of the support sessions is fantastic and the triangulation between Exchange, School and Parents is so beneficial as it really helps our practice as a School."
