About the event
This workshop will help young people explore ways to manage difficult feelings when coping when a loved one is away. Young people will gain with resources to help them cope.
If you have more than one child attending, please complete an RSVP for each.
This session is for Armed Forces Families with a Family Member Serving in the Forces.
