Please note your registration will only be accepted if we have received your referral form submission.

Step 1

Complete the Parent Referral Form below to start the process. We ask for some details about you and your family in order to provide support.

Step 2

After we receive your referral, you will receive an email from us with a link to create your account login details.

Step 3

Once confirmed, you will have access to The Parent Project Page to book workshops, wellbeing discussion or one to one support
