Forces Families- Exploring Emotions with Bear (P1-3)

Through creative, fun and interactive exercises , children will explore feelings and learn ways to cope/manage difficult feelings. Children will come away from the workshop with a comfort menu of support to manage any difficult feelings that they may have.
